2006 Annual Report

Through the generosity of individual and corporate donors' gifts and pledges to the endowment fund, the Foundation has awarded grants totaling more than $2 million to non-profit organizations conducting various pro bono advice, financial education, awareness and community outreach programs designed to increase the public's use of the financial planning process.

The Foundation for Financial Planning is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit charitable organization incorporated in the state of Georgia.

The Foundation for Financial Planning helps people take control of their financial lives by connecting the financial planning community with people in need. We achieve this by supporting pro bono advice and outreach activities.

"Thanks to the Foundation's support, we are able to present a series of workshops and one-on-one counseling to wounded service members returning from Iraq and Afghanistan at Walter Reed Army Medical Center and participate in the Wounded Warrior Program".
