Virtual Be Our Guest Session – Yeske Buie with Jennifer Hicks, CFP® & Lauren Vitt, RP®
I. Session Topic and Overview
The Client Experience: “Our Process; Your Journey”
This session will provide a deep dive into the Yeske Buie Client Experience framework – step by step.
Financial Planning is a process. It is a journey, not an event. It is also a high-credence service. Consequently, Clients can only judge us on what they experience. What they experience as they become Clients is paramount to their feelings of trust and commitment. Yeske Buie has created an organized structure designed to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the entire Client relationship that is based on our objectives for how we would like the Client to feel each step along the way. In addition to reviewing the steps that contribute to the Client’s experience, this session will go into more detail about how The Client Experience extends beyond the on-boarding process into every facet of the relationship. Each step, corresponding tools (e.g. email templates, Yeske Buie Users Manual, etc.) and internal tracking of the Client Experience will be discussed.
